E.T. and Preschool payments can now be made on-line!
***WINTER/SPRING PROGRAM REGISTRATION***
Registration begins Saturday, December 5, at 9am. Some programs are quite
popular and fill quickly. If a class you are interested in is full, we
encourage you to please register to be added onto a waiting list. We will
work with our program supervisors to add new class sections based on the size
of the waiting list. Wait list enrollees are slotted into new classes on a
first come, first serve basis. To be placed on a waiting list, the program
registration process must be fully completed, including payment. Participants
on the waiting list will be notified if a spot becomes available in the
selected program. Anyone on the waiting list after the program start date
will be refunded via their payment method on file.
Please verify all information in your profile is correct to ensure your
registration can be processed promptly.
If you are a first time user, enter your Login ID and password, to your left,
and click "Create New User". You will then be directed to the page where you
will set up your family profile.
If you already have a login, enter it above and click on "Log in". Please
note: Login and Passwords are Case Sensitive.
SETTING UP YOUR REGISTRATION PROFILE:
If you have a problems with your resident status, call the Park District
Administrative Office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday,
8:30 am to 5:00 pm at 815-459-0680.
Special Needs Registration: Notification is required a minimum of one week
prior to the start of the class, in order to make every effort to accomodate
your special need. Special Needs must entered for every class registered to
ensure the needs are addressed.
Registration for Preschool, Extended Time, Adult Softball, Volleyball and
Basketball leagues and services such as: Wagon Rides, Birthday Parties,
Hound Town Keys, Sailboat Dry Storage, Picnic and Building
rentals will still need to be done in person at the Administrative Office.
Once you select the enroll button, you will have 30 minutes to make
changes in your online registration before your credit card is charged.
After that point, you will need to contact the Administrative Office in order
to have a refund initiated or to request a transfer to another program.
